Since we are on the weapons topic. Can someone explain to me why Osiris (which is an angelic weapon) runs on demonic energy? (it says so on some of its moves' descriptions).

Really? Well that's confusing. You would assume it would use Dante's angelic blood and powers. Quite a conundrum.

Since the ability is called Feed, I'd imagine that it's getting stronger because it actually eats demon energy to power itself up.

Hmmm that's a cool theory actually. It's taking the demonic energy in Dante and converting into power to fuel the angelic weapon.

Yeah, Osiris is basically eating away at their souls. Which is fitting for a scythe.

Hmmm that's a cool theory actually. It's taking the demonic energy in Dante and converting into power to fuel the angelic weapon.

I wouldn't say the demonic energy in Dante, because that'd make it like the Nightmare-β. It charges up while you hit enemies with the scythe, so like Paexie said, it's absorbing the demonic energy from them. With Feed, it's literally consuming the demons it hits to power itself up.

Ahhhhhh that makes more sense. I like it, I hope the other weapons have cool explanations as to how each works.

So far Osiris is the only one that has a feature to it like that. Eryx might be the only other one because of its charging capabilities, and since that creates a giant phantom fist, it's the only other special one. Although, Trinity Smash is pretty cool, too

Aquila too since it seems to me like the weapon is a magnet. It goes out and then back to the owner like boomerangs.

I wonder what she is underneath the skin? I noticed she has piercings like a corset keeping her skin together, so mabe she'll tear her skin off at some point? That would be really gross, but the sort of thing a demon could do.

Or maybe her nose and mouth will fall off like a Potato Head? We already saw her face slip a bit so maybe it falls all the way off? :lol:
