Mostly probably not. The UE engine does exercise your PC. At least your can run DMC4. I tried running DMC4 and it was running at 2FPSs. You'd think I was flickin' through slides on Powerpoint presentation about DMC4.

It must have been a calculator at best O_O the machine that you tried to run it on. My mid-tier notebook can run DMC4 maxed out, and I struggle to run Max Payne 3 or Modern Warfare 3 with having both high detail and framerate.
