I think the guy explained it so poorly, it all sounded really bad and unbelievable. After seeing it in action, it doesn't look to bad.
Whatever the reason or the case I'm just glad it happened because now people won't be so quick to dismiss a rumor just because of the source. You just never know.

That was the most badass display of DmC i've ever SEEN! This is definately holding me until Gamescom!
Also, the person who wrote this part out in a magazine said that Dante made a snarky remark at the angel girl, but here he just says, "Not now!
" Like she was an annoying slut. Of course that's what I thought when I saw her and heard her talk.
I just wish when the angel girl said, "**** you Dante!" He would just say,
SO MUCH WIN IN THIS INFORMATION AND GREAT WAY TO SHOW OFF THAT LEVEL WE'VE BEEN DYING TO SEE!! THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!

Also worth noting, the guy from 4chan really made it seem like we'd see a sex scene (which was what a bunch of us didn't want to see).
The scene he seemed to be talking about turned out to be Lilith talking to her stomach.
All in all, I liked the footage a lot. Pretty sweet stuff. Now if only I could find some footage where no-one's talking the whole time.
What's silly is the fact that only half of the video is DmC, and the video has 26/67 dislikes because of that.

idk the 4chan guy can easily be talking about another part of the game, but from the small amount we've seen of lillith i like her character interaction. hopefully all the characters in the game will be fully built up and actually make the players feel emotion towards them.

OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!! i think i has like three seizures because the lighting and everything was so goddamn awesome. The combat, the fun little twists, the platforming, the jumping falcon punch thing, the little nod towards reality shows and their evil sensibilities, Joan Rivers playing Lilith, Dante being all badass....this was amazing!!!!
I can kind of hear over the chatter when I watch with headphones and at a high volume.
Around 36:30, Lilith says, "(Mundus?) has been looking for you ever since he laid eyes on you. Do you remember that night Dante? I can't wait to see his face I show up with your scrawny corpse!"
That could mean that Dante remembers meeting Mundus at some point in the past. Of course it's not a giant plot point, but the only one I could hear other than the fact that Lilith says Kat's being tortured around 34:50.

Lilith looks like a plastic surgery nightmare. Christ sake, Mundus is an almighty demon overlord and that's the best tail he could pull?
nice find dude! i could only hear a couple words out of that part so this was helpful. that is pretty interesting though, so dante apparently met mundus on another occasion. perhaps dante met mundus because through sparda somehow?

Dante seemed very serious in this scene. Saying things like "Not now!" or "I don't have time for this bullshit!" and it's not like he said them sarcastically in anyway.
i agree. he is very anxious to get ahold of lillith and more than likely beat the hell out of her.
