it's funny i'm so confused, SE has been said many times and confirmed if not mistaken to have a pc release but no physical copies, DE gets physical release but haven't had official statement on pc release.. and no explanations from capcom whatsoever..
them being said having financial problems really bugged me, in a way i'm still finding it hard to believe, but if i should believe it well that's hurting, i've been gaming since nintendo, and capcom is one company i grew with, it's one of two great developers in my gaming history..
oh, i just visited one of the online shops in my country, and on the report it says DE haven't made any sale there, yet it's one with the cheapest pricing, that's just crazy, and in another online shop, you gotta pre-order it *smacks.. from what i know, the consoles themselves hasn't sold many, so... i could forgive them, lol..
i care so much about this because what other options do we have on h/s currently and later? and i'm playing on pc, i'm grateful already capcom ported their games to pc..
btw, will wii u be able to handle DE on 1080p 60fps, i'm guessing it's the reason
Not sure about whats going on with a possible PC release for DmC. It should at least come out on Steam, but I haven't heard anything about it yet. I think the PC was a big market for DmC's sales, so I'm surprised at that as well.
I haven't heard much about Capcom's financial problems, but I think a lot of gaming companies are facing a similar situation these days where development costs are getting higher and higher while the triple A buisness model is a risky predicament for most companies.
I know how you feel about DmC, I want it to continue because I've been a long time fans since the first game, and I personally didn't see a future for the series with where DMC4 was going. No disrespect to anyone who likes that game, despite the fact it actually had some great moments. Thats my opinion, not saying anyone has to share it.
I'm sure the Wii U could handle DmC vanillia, so I don't see why Capcom don't release it at least digitally if their worried about spending money on printing disks.
