DmC antis, so lemme get this staight, (spoilers)

lol how this guy tries to go against every anti-DmC's opinion on YouTube yet fails miserably (All of his comments get voted down). You're not going to change the antis, so stop spending so much time talking about them/interacting with them. Also, nice job trying to make DMC4 Dante sound like a cold blooded murderer LOL.

-the situations are in the same context just with different looking characters, in DmC vergil kills a demon child and then her as she weeps, in DMC4 Dante kills demon children and then their mother as she weeps, in BOTH cases, they aren't cold blooded murderers at all because they are killing demons, and last time i checked, that's literally the point behind the story of any game in dmc, (don't get caught up on the semantics of damsels in distress and blah blah blah), so for antis to complain about that but defend another is complete hypocrisy at this point, "OLD DANTE IS ALLOWED BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T LOOK HUMAN" oh i'm sorry, i must have missed the part where it was a twenty feet tall boss fight, of course when it looks like that its ok to beat the living **** out of it but not if Lilith looks human, but oh wait, when echidna starts weeping, she revealed her very human looking woman core, its the same context, seriously, stop picking at straws, i'll leave you to your response to try which will probably say in some way that killing demons in a devil may cry game is not ok

You're entitled to your own opinion, as is anyone else on the Internet, and I agree with you, it IS a fun game. But YouTube commenters are the worst. It's no use trying to convince them. Which is why it'd be wise to not mess with them so much. I can't tell you what to do with your time, you're you obviously, so ultimately it's your decision.
-Yeah, I don't think DmC Vergil killing Lilith and her baby is wrong at all IMO. In the end, demons will be demons, no matter what appearance they take. This doesn't make Vergil a cold blooded killer, and neither does Dante killing Echidna. Dante was a FIFA soccer player, LOL. I don't know if you remember, but in the DMC anime, Dante does go over a point that humans can be just as evil as any demon. With that being said, demons don't deserve any mercy. Lilith's intentions were foul, and so were Mundus'.

While it's retarded for someone to claim Vergil's killing of Lilith and her child is another mark against DmC, the amount of time you have spent confronting, challenging, and stewing over stuff these "antis" do is. To us, it looks a lot like you spending a lot of time on it, and having seen you around in many comments sections on YouTube, I can assume that you do spend too much time on it, with some comment threads spanning several hours. And then to constantly bring all this to our attention here on at the forum, we've seen you do little else here other than combat anyone with any sort of comment against DmC.

Alchemist, I'm telling you this straight up - let it go. Just let it go. There's nothing you, I, or anyone short of a divine being taking away free will can do to affect how someone is going to feel about something. All you can do is correct misinformation when you see it, and then move on. Seriously - just stop. You are one of those extremists pros, and as a supporter of DmC myself, I'm telling you that you're making me look bad (I can do that well enough on my own, thankyouverymuch). I don't care how much or little time it takes out of your day to do this crap, any bit of time could be spent doing something else. ****, you could be studying biology and could have come up with a cure for cancer, but no, you'd rather bitch at people on the internet over a game that ultimately does not matter one bit in your life.

Well on the Echinda/Lilith thing;

The difference here (that perhaps some in the anti-camp are missing) is that it's not a scene where you're outraged over Vergil killing Lilith and her baby; you're outraged because he killed Lilith who had at the time, given herself up and looked rather scared and compliant.

Echinda on the otherhand, her children are basically parasites that she tosses around freely like ammo, and she's freely attacks Dante and never has a moment where she surrenders to him. She may care for them and think she's doing the best for them in trying to get them leeched on to other demons, but Dante can't just as well let those things take him over in any case.

If a similar scene had played out with with Echinda with her surrendering, looking scared and helpless, put in a position where she's promised to live if she follows his words, and then Dante out the blue shoots a hole through her back, it would be just as foul.
