Devil May Cry: Sparda's Blood (DMC5)

Well, since I'm new here, I'd like to introduce a sort of personal concept and project about a possible DMC5 game. There are some ideas here and there, but It is definitely a project, since I'm liking the plotlines I've created step-by-step.

Here are some little teaser paragraphs........

...In ancient times, when the demon world and the human world were in the brink of unification, a warrior named Sparda, a demon, battled against the devil king to save humanity, and seal the Gates of Hell....

...Almost 2000 years have passed, and now he's remembered as the Legendary Dark Knight. Leaving two sons, twins, Dante and Vergil, leaving to them two priceless artifacts, the Rebellion and the Yamato, and a demonless world, nothing was known about him after...

...A son is dead, the other is alive, hunting demons to clear their evil purge from the face of the Earth, and a possessor of his blood, which lives in nightmares and dreams - That is what is left from his precious heritage...

...Many have tried to unlock his true power, and utilize it for their respective means - evil means mainly. But the only one to relief that much of energy can be only him, Sparda, the true king of both worlds...

It's just a bunch of ideas thrown, but step-by-step, as I said, I will post new stuff here...

OK, new stuff....

Since I cannot make a real trailer (lol), I will describe It..

It is furiously raining...In a slow-motion effect, a shaded human figure is walking...In a flash of light, a sheathing and unsheathing sound is heard. Heartbeats are heard. The figure walks in a sheltered and lightened area. The figure's silver hair are revealed. The big and wet trenchcoat is dripping. A sound of a door opening is heard. Another figure with silver hair comes out of It. The camera shows the portraits of both figures....Nero and Dante...

Well, since Tony is eager to see what's next , I'd like to introduce a new character to the series. I will not give much about him, just some little details...

- SETH -

He's a demon, a creation of scientific experiments done by the Order's ex-chemist and scientist, Agnus. From a sample of hair of one of Sparda's relatives, Seth was born. His Devil Arm is called Hepathra, a scimitar-like sword, equipped with a gauntlet in the left arm, which has a scythe blade. Those who have seen him, compare his coldness to that of Vergil, Sparda's son, and Dante's brother.

Yeah, Tony. He's one of the four new characters that are appearing, and he's definitely quite strong...

New character number 2....

- HEIDI -

A demon with the powers of shadow and light, she fought side by side with Sparda against Mundus, but was thought dead since 2000 years ago. After locating The Sparda's energy in Fortuna, she found a destroyed city. The Devil Arms Beowulf and Nevan are her weapons. She uses a mixture of both these Devil Arms to her advantage. She is said to be too beautiful to see her masked face, as one can die from its radiance.

- OREST -

This young man, from the obsession of resurrecting Sparda and adoring him, killed his parents, and killed his six sisters. He was a priest, that now was converted into a merciless being. The Devil Arm he uses are Agni & Rudra. The Order's Devil Arms arsenal was destroyed from the previous battles. It is said that the cause of his appearance, left half Demon, and right half Angel, is due to his doings in life.

- URSULA -

Her beauty and personality are compared to that of an ice crystal - magnificent from the outside, and cold inside. Her exotic appearance makes her irresistible to even watch, let alone fight. The Devil Arm she utilizes, is the Cerberus. From the ruins of Fortuna, she retrieved Dante's early weapon. The few that have seen this demon from afar, have been blinded after, and those who encountered her, never seen again.

The only weird thing is that they use old devil arms. Did they steal them from Dante or something?

The four characters that I showed here, except Seth, have their Devil Arms from Fortuna's arsenal ruins. In the concept there are various new and old Devil Arms.

My concept consists of side games that can be played. The first one to introduce is Sparda.

Chapter 1

Rise of a Legend
Protect your beliefs, and defeat the Devil King

Sparda is walking through the halls of Mundus' Palace. Voices are heard from the main chamber. The main doors are opened a bit. Sparda manages to get near and hear the chattering.

'....All humans shall accept you, our majesty, as the only supreme ruler of everything.'

'The only thing stopping the attack is the sudden opinion of Sparda to hold our armies'

Mundus' voice is speaking....

'Let Sparda to me! All of you, prepare our armies-from the depths of Hell, to the minions on Earth. The humans will be destroyed at once!'

'As you command, Highness!'

Sparda went to hide, as the generals left. He approached to the doors and went inside the chamber.
Mundus' voice is heard smirking.

'Sparda! Your behaviour is disturbing. I don't want that when the day comes to punish you, I shouldn't regret...'

Sparda unsheathes the ForceEdge, impales It on the ground, and his eyes become glowing red...

'From today and beyond, no human shall fear the demons. I will stop your conquest, Mundus. The human race doesn't deserve death.'

Mundus laughs loudly, so loud It echoes Hell itself..

'Very powerful words from a general compassioned by those weak beings called humans. I see now. I didn't realize It since the beginning, but I see what caused you to turn like this.'

Sparda realizes what Mundus is talking about, and has flashbacks of him and his army, destroying a human city, not long ago. Sparda disguised as a human to win the faith of kings and rulers of cities to destroy them. Once he was ordered to destroy the city of a queen ruler which had obtained Devil Arms from raiding one of Mundus armies. The queen fell in love with Sparda, and so did he. He retreated the attack and left. The other general which was sent in his place, killed the queen, and retrieved the artifacts.

'I loved her!'

'Love is an unimportant matter! Devils have no feelings, they cannot love, they cannot cry!'

'I will make you pay, for her and for all the sufferings you have caused! Fight, Mundus!'

Mundus rises from the giant monolith sculpture, spreading his giant angelic wings.

'I will have no mercy for you, Sparda!'

After an equal fight, Mundus gains the upper hand. Sparda concentrates his energies on the ForceEdge. He has flashbacks of the last moments with the queen of the city. She gave him a silver pendant, with a ruby. He gave to her a golden pendant with a ruby also. In the last moments of her life, in her last breath, Sparda met her.

'I'm sorry I wasn't here to protect you!'

Some tears fall from Sparda's face and drop to the lips of the queen.

'Why are you crying?'

'I lost you! I cannot bring you to life! My whole existence is worthless without you!'

'I'll always be with you! Remember me! I'll find you wherever you'll be! I'll always love you, my dear!'

The queen gives to Sparda the golden pendant, and then dies. Sparda transforms into a demon, and screams from pain and agony.

'I will never forgive you Mundus! You killed my reason I live my life for! It doesn't matter If I live or die! I will kill you, even If I have to kill myself doing It!'

'You think you can defeat me? The Devil King?'

Sparda transforms in an ultimate form. His eyes glow in a powerful red color. In those moments, the amulets glowed into red, uniting with the sword, creating the mighty Sparda. Mundus retreats, as the eyes were the cause of It.

'Those eyes!'

Sparda is getting ready to impale the sword on his chest....

'Die Mundus!!!'

Sparda impales the sword in Mundus' chest, and then reverts to his normal form. So does the sword.

'I shall return again! I will track you, and hunt you down! Even If I have to send all Hell to find you! You have nowhere to hide!'

Sparda points the sword to Mundus....

'No hell shall step foot on Earth! No hell shall kill innocent people! No hell shall cause pain and suffering, as I will still be alive! I will forever seal the gate that links both worlds.......FOREVER!!!!

'NO!!!'

Sparda runs to the edges of the Demon World. As the armies march there too, he rises the sword. As the demons try to stop him, Sparda says the ultimate words, to seal the worlds forever...

'Demons, plague of the Universe! May your essence, your damnation, your filth and darkness, be sealed forever in the oblivion!'

Sparda impales the sword to the ground, as his body begins to morph into a human one. Before he could realize, he was on Earth, as the strength of the lock, repelled him away. In his hands, the amulets were standing. Behind him, the Rebellion and the Yamato too.
Sparda looks the sky, as he knew that someday, the demons would be back....

I imagine it as a tutorial battle like Nero vs Dante in DMC4, only that this time we win.

For the old Devil Arms returning...

..Heidi, Ursula and Orest were locating the energy of the Sparda. The Order had retrieved Devil Arms from Trish/Gloria, demanding them for experimentations. The arsenal of Devil Arms covered Agni&Rudra, Cerberus, Nevan, Beowulf, the first DMC Devil Arms, and the Sparda as well. Finding Fortuna in ruins, the characters mentioned above found these abandoned Devil Arms to utilize them. Orest, Ursula and Heidi also have Devil Arms of their own.

Orest has the Nephrito, a double-bladed staff, half angelic, half diabolic. It has the ability to create and manipulate lightnings, fire, wind and darkness. With this weapon, he can create tornadoes, moving walls of fire, lighting storms and deadly shadows.

Heidi has the Emeantya, a set made of a breastplate, shoulder plates and thigh plates. With these on, she can become invisible, faster, and can evoke soundwaves with a high frequency to damage the opponent in high and short ranges. Her invisibility can be just for a limited period of time.

Ursula has the Zorquel, a huge longbow made as as gigantic crossbow. Under it, a giant frozen and serrated blade lies in, and can be removed from the crossbow, and she can use both of them in battle. Being hit by one of the frozen arrows, not only damages you, but also freezes you for a very short time, enough to be slashed away by her giant sword.

Sparda's side games, and that of Nero, have each five chapters/missions. In those it is explained what really happened in their past. If completed in DMD mode, you'll get Vergil's side game.
