Well, It's the same old story with people who run out of arguments. Doesn't surprise me one bit.

And now, this thread will go off-topic so much, It will be locked.

If you'd pay attention, I already explained that in my posts above.

Quicksilver or any time-slowing magic doesn't affect Wesker as Wesker's eyes are able to adapt at any visual framerate. From tens of frames per second to hundreds of frames per seconds, which means Wesker is faster than Dante in any case given.

I think that it doesn't actually slow things down. I think that it speeds up Dante. That is what I meant. And also, who says that magic would affect his eyes? His muscles would be slowed down. And who said that magic wouldn't effect that? It may be from different games, but still.

Well it seems that the arguement has gone as far as it can I guess. What else is there that hasn't been brought up?

His eyes automatically switch to whatever framerate to speed up Wesker, so even in the most powerful time-slowing magics, It wouldn't be of any advantage to Dante.

I remember in DMC1 there was the bangle of time that could stop time completely. That was a nifty little gadget you could stop time, bring the pain and when you restarted time or your runes ran out all the attacks would hit the enemy at once if I remember right.

I spent ages trying to get that in Bayonetta only to realise it sucked.:(

Another way Dante would beat Wesker.

wesker being able to change his peception of time dosn't make him immune to time magic. quicksilver dosn't make the enemys think time is slowed. it slows time. wesker whould see time normaly. but his body whould still be slow. his whouldn't be able to keep up with his own perception.

allow me to use an example from naruto ( if anyone here is not familer with naruto look it up), sasuke has the sharingan which allows him to track enemy movments to the point of being able to copy the movement exactly. in the chunin exam story arc he fought rock lee. he was able to see lee's movements perfectly he knew exactly what lee was going to do as soon as he started doing it. but he still failed to counter any of lee's attacks because he wasn't fast enough.

wesker under the effects of quicksilver whould be just like sasuke was in that fight. wesker's usual speed whould be negated even if his peception is not. he whould know exactly what dante is going to do to him but he whould be too slow to stop it.

While I do not want to defend Wesker, the Time Bangle and Quicksilver don't slow down time. They speed Dante up. meaning Wesker could still track Dante easily.

Makes me feel bad that someone I despise could easily take out Dante. ;_;

^I thought you didn't like Dante? Or is he just the lesser of the two evils?;)
I wish we all would have listened to Mr. Sparda's arguments first. The poll results probably would have been flipped. As much as it pains me, I'm convinced! I'm unofficially changing my vote to Wesker. :dry:
