well i will tell u something if there was a guy called THE EIGHT TAILS and his name is KILLER BEE who beat sasuke into a pulp in the manga and thats in the after 3 yrs abscence(in shippuden) so if that guy could have easily kicked sasukes ass then vegeta would erase him from the universe
 
well KILLER BEE beated him after that and sasuke was about to die if not his lover JUUGO who gave him some flesh to recover the giant wound that Bee inflicted on him

Vegeta could rip Sasuke's head off with a flick without even using 1/3 of his strenght. Its like comparing Bruce Lee and Sean Faris lol
