Battlefield 3 - the updating...

So.

I've had Battlefield 3 from the beginning of the year and it's a sweet game. However I've been constantly updating the game every 3-4 months, and the updates are ridiculously large files, 1 gigabyte every time it requests an update.
Anyone else got this problem...? .A. It's driving me insane!

Yeah, the patches for the game are always massive because DICE always end up fixing/breaking/changing so much stuff. Seriously, patch notes are more often than note several pages long, then there's the couple updates that added new maps which were like, 3 gig+.

Its because they include lots of fixes and updated features in their patches as Kyle said. Im dreading starting to play it again because its been many many months since I touched it. Going to spend half the day updating it before I play it.

Once you have gotten them all you wont be bothered again.
