Well from the description of it does seem like so

Gods,New universes,SSJ GOD all of these doesn't even exist in DBGT

and hell Bills is only sleeping and when he wakes up he'll fight Goku Again so we can only speculate that another movie or Anime Series would happen because the ending is cliffhanger

SO considering all the plot-holes, inconsistencies and the recent movie i think its safe to say that GT is alternate Timeline

Alright how about we all discuss this years game? What kind of style should it be? What new features? I think raging blast style with ultiamte tenkaichi graphics lots of new characters like bills, ssjgod, ssj3 trunks and ssj3 gogeta and ssj3 vegito. Music similar to budokai 3 not plagirism but some really good music that gets you pumped. It should have a story mode with all the sagas(that matter and arent crappy filler(lookin at you garlic jr)) possibly battle of gods in story mode. Maybe some teasers for the battle of gods 2. Gt characters like (ssj4 goku, vegeta ,gogeta,) pan, omega shenron, baby, super 17, etc. maybe giant characters.

Or everyone's memory of Bills, the God transformation, the entire Battle of Gods is wiped from everyone's minds entirely

Regardless of that Bills is gonna wake up 3-5 years later and come back to destroy Earth

If it is the start of a new series & a possible GT Revamping, i hope the God transformation is only the start of something better

Well considering Toriyama made this film to get back at the live action version which he was quite displeased with, i wouldn't be surprised if killing off GT was a two birds with one stone thing for him.

Toriyama like Dragon Ball Evolution folks. Toriyama made SSG Goku thin on purpose because he made SS3 outrageous. SSG is a form so there is no SSG2,3,etc just SSG. Head to Kanzenshuu and read the articles. Toriyama is pleased with this movie and its outcome.

Too Late he already did.. there are 12 universes according to Akira Toriyama and Main DBZ canon is in the 7th universe

I think the games should just use this as "GOD:Goku" rather then Super-saiyan God it makes much more sense

I so badly want to make a fan-art where God-Goku is sitting on a thrown like a Boss watching everyone in Dbz universe fight

How is it a Super saiyan transformation when it needs some special ritual ? its not even Goku's inherited power

Its just forced IMO.. it should've been just called "GOD:Goku" providing more emphasis on goku being a god unrelated to "Super Saiyan"

i personally think that SSJ3 should be the Limit of Saiyans

That's a little bit of the Super Saiyan power, not a full Super Saiyan state.
And at that point in his training he's Super Saiyan state would be even stronger.

As strong as he & Vegeta was getting it shouldn't be surprising that either can tap in a little of a Super Saiyan's power level without taping into a full Super Saiyan transformation.

Goku was trying all sorts of stuff in the otherworld so this seems like one of his experiments.. still would've been nice to see Goku use more techniques like these in Buu Saga instead we had to deal with fillers and some kids making a joke out of piccolo

Actually i think the Otherworld fillers are the most entertaining fillers of all time

What i'd like is for them to go back to actually using decent melee attacks & not flaying away or doing nothing but energy blasts like what made up DragonBallGT.

Alot of DragonBallZ especially early in the series they were much more strategic, they moved alot cooler when they fought, & they were alot more resourceful & used different techniques.

Well after Goku became a ssj it was always about just getting stronger that's why fights started getting so expendable

AND YUP I like the ocean english dubbed of Vegeta's voice 10,000times more then the english dubbed voice he has today.

Yeah i can understand that.. Funimation's Vegeta sounds like he has gargled up concrete.. and it gets progressively coarse same for piccolo​

Goku needed his tail back to transform into a SS4, plus he had to control his Great Ape form to gain it! Goku needing help to obtain SSG is no different than Goku needing his Tail to become a SS4. Besides when Goku asks Shen Long how to obtain SSG Shen Long tells them him he needs 5 pure hearted Saiyans to gain it. He also tells them that the first Saiyan to gain the form gained it by accident! It was a created Saiyan god.

Funi Vegeta was smart in my opinion.

But he still needed a extra thing to achieve both forms. SS3 has a time limit too. (Because of its Ki usage) Goku retains some of SSG's power also.

SuperSaiyan God needs others, so i think it falls into the fusion category.

Well he only needed them once for the transformation then he was able to transform on his own in the end so i think we can count that as a "Trigger" like krilln's death or 16's death

It's still an unnatural transformation if you need the assistance of forces other than your own.
I still count it as fusion because the SuperSaiyan God transformation needed others to induce it.
If Goku 1st transformed into his SuperSaiyan God form without gathering energy from others then i'd say it's natural. But otherwise NOPE it's a fusion class form.

By going with your definition isn't SSJ4 Vegeta a "Fusion" ??

Goku tells Birusu that he's sad over needing help to achieve godhood. But later in the movie Goku taps into the power for a brief moment.

Saiyans need their natural born Tail to achieve Great Ape and SS4

Anger/pure heart is needed to achieve SS1 and SS2.

Training is needed to achieve SS3

SSG needs 5 pure hearted Saiyans to achieve the form.

True a Tail is natural but without it a Saiyan loses two forms. I get your point VW but SSG isn't a Fusion its a SS transformation that even Vegeta can obtain. (Which Vegeta jokes about by the way)
