I have given up trying to watch 23, because at the rate it was going, it would have taken another 8 hours ish
 
or 23 hours 23 mins and 23 seconds with 23 milliseconds between it finishing buffereing and me pressing play 23 times lol

Vauxchen, I'm afraid watching a fictional film about some theory won't make me believe it. If we're to believe that the number 23 links many things, then surely the number 1 is more important? You can't have 23 without 1, although that follows the same as what I said above: it's a number. I have 1 bar of soap in my 1 bathroom. Ooh mystical. Hang on! I have 1 controller for my 1 PS3 in my 1 bedroom.

Examples... Lucky number 7..
Unlucky number 13.
666-sign of the devil
Magic number 3

And even 23 is now up amongst those numbers that spark our curiosity.

That's not what I meant by simple things.

If numbers make people paranoid, the problem lies with that person, not the number. Numbers don't have "more to them" nor will they ever be more than mere numbers.

As for your example numbers: there's no such thing as luck, the devil or magic. There's no force that affects things that happen around us. If you roll a dice, it's not luck that decides what number you get, it's how many times it bounces on the surface you roll it on.

8+1=9+8=17-14=3*7=21+2=23

No my friend. Things exist because we bring them into existence.

If there wasn't anything such as the devil, magic or luck then those words wouldn't even exist ;)

There must be a reason as to why we are intrigued by these numbers, which tells me that we aren't the ones that have created this paranoia, etc... That it must've been the numbers that had more of a meaning ;)
