@Lain You're right. It was an AMAZINGLY great movie.

As a film the Dark Knight was great. As a Batman film however, it's okay with Joker being the saving grace.

to be fair, it has very good director behind it, something that marvel was missing for a long time.

Besides the fact that it's not true, what does Marvel have anything to do with anything here? The topic of discussion is a DC movie compared to the other DC movies before it.

Movie is only as good as the one who directs it. Dark Night had Nolan and Aquaman has Wan. Most Dc movies had Zack Snyder who as of lately struggled as director. They should have given it some better directors and stop getting involved with production.

Yeah but what does Marvel have to do with it? That came out of nowhere, has nothing to do with what's being discussed and sounded like you wanted to stir up a DC vs Marvel argument.

because it's hard to avoid mention of marvel, now that they are in leading position for comic book movies. Basically if you reading reviews you always knew it was being compared to marvel.
