sadly it means I can sing requiem for a good x-men movies.

I'm curious what the future will bring. We probably wont get a FF movie or any X-men movie anytime because the MCU has a lot of plates already set up. Plus Disney has to unpack all of what they got from fox and figure out what they are gonna do next. I feel FF should be done before the X-men because they are easier to integrate into the already exising MCU.

RIP X-Men and Deadpool I guess. ****ing Disney.

I don't care so much about the MCU/X-men nonsense as I do the fact that Disney will completely wipe out competition and most movies will be just the same old rehashed films.

I'd rather not have the X-Men in the MCU at all, actually. Make a separate, mostly consistent universe for them, not the ****storm of a timeline that was the FOX-Men. But Disney will probably incorporate them in the MCU franchise, so it's just wishful thinking on my part.

And not only do I fear what they'll do to X-Men and Deadpool, don't even get me started on the Alien and Predator franchises. If they were going downhill before, I can already see them getting completely **** on now. Jesus Christ, this news is terrible.

From what I read they most likely won't touch Deadpool, wich is good.
Not sure about the X-Men though, I haven't watched the movies since DofP but I heard the last one was kinda crap.
I'll just wait and see how it turns out.
