It's more that companies are moving towards DirectX 12 which is only available for Windows 10, the less different configurations of operating systems and such people have the better the chance of a game working perfectly out the gates.
It also has plenty of tech benefits for gamers and gives companies a little more breathing room with the capabilities of the tech they have access to.
I don't care, I despise that W10 exclusivity crap and I thank God Microsoft will never be able to overcome Steam with their store, but the Microsoft exclusive games will be blocked off to anyone who doesn't have a W10 PC, and it ****es me the **** off.
