Swapped back to silent hill 2 since i finished ninja gaiden 2 black on master ninja, and only have the ninja trials(tag missions) and the chapter runs to get medals on which i can do over time

FF7R

The beach fight was fine.

I don't mind side quests but other games like God of War do it better. FF15's side content has the same problem but worse.

The side mission with the fashion show was a rip off as their fashion didn't reflect the mission I just did.

I'm going to start Atelier Riza 3. The games are hard to get through since there's a lot of dialogue and action and there are no dubs anymore.

After what feels like forever waiting to install, I finally managed to get to play a little of "Ninja Gaiden II Black".

I just cleared the first stage, it took a little getting used to the flow of the combat against but it was like riding a bicycle and I didn't have too much trouble. The game is exactly as I remember it, although the models definitely look much better in the new graphics engine.

Just a shame I can't spend all day playing video games anymore as things like work get in the way.

Sonic Mania (I lost the save game transferring to the PS5)
Soul Reaver 2
Elden Ring (base game) - I keep hearing about how the Samurai is such a boss class. B*ll*cks. I'm thinking of restarting. If anyone who has played ER can recommend a class (or advice), it would be greatly received.

Was on doom 2016 earlier, now playing eternal strands and may throw on robocop for fun. Already beat robocop but i love the gameplay and crunch of gunshots in it

Started a couple great ones this weekend. The past few days I've been playing:

Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver remastered
BlazBlue: Entropy Effect
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle
Virtua Fighter 5 REVO
Mortal Kombat 1
Marvel Rivals

I finally get to play Soul Reaver after 20+ years of waiting lol. I'm going to try to not feel like I need to rush through it. I'm gonna try to really play it like I would have as a teen when it released - take my time, explore and jot down secrets, don't mind the save/fast travel system, etc.

I got BBEE kind of on a whim, since it was on a good Steam sale. I'm a moderate fan of the FG franchise, but this roguelike may be the best 2D action roguelike I've played. Yes, even better than Dead Cells, 20XX, Risk of Rain, etc. I can easily see myself sinking dozens, maybe 100s of hours into it long term. Every character feels unique and you can still customize them pre-run with abilities from other characters. AND, I don't even know how long it'll take to unlock all characters. Should be a fun ride.
