To be honest, this isn't a technical support forum so all people can provide is a best guess, or in their opinon.

Honestly, I'm not much of a techie when it comes to laptops, give me regular computers, consoles, MP3 players or anything like that and I can usually tell you what the problem is, but I can't say I know what to do about that.
If it helps, I could ask a friend of mine and get his opinion, it'd be better than anything I could suggest considering he works in tech support anyway.

According to the Admin Control Panel, you need 350 posts to unlock the "Crazy" rank. There isn't a Carnage rank, although it does sound better in my opinion - perhaps we should change it?
