Fan Fiction is non-canon, so technically yours aren't a waste of time. I don't see why so many have to argue with my case. I have solid points here, you can't deny that.

Mundus would try and put in as much demonic power as he could. He would be able to make her three quarters demon, but not entirely a demon.

I think they have it wrong... Coz Mundus must have been able to take some DNA from Eva, and create Trish from that... He then would have put a lot of demonic power into her, as well as demonic blood... Probably from himself... So although it states she is half demon, I think she is probably 75% demon... -
