Ha, I was lucky some days ago. I promised to assist someone in removing a Facebook virus, but they got someone else to help them the same day so I didn't have to go. It's so bi*ching cold outside that I was soo happy to stay home.

I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have any idea why it happens? It can be caused either by hardware malfunction or software error.
Often a problem with the power supply can cause crashes.
If it's software error it's either just some sort of error, or malware (virus etc.).
Do you have someone to help you? I'm no guru but I could perhaps be of some help.
