Pinky is right... Hold all the shoulder buttons, and rotate the left analog stick clockwise until you hear the voice... If that doesn't work, rotate the stick counter clockwise while holding down the shoulder buttons. One of those will work.

You can do it with Vergil, too, but only when you fight against Arkham. You get to control the second, red Vergil. Not as fun, but..meh.

I'd just have to say the hand guns, Ebony and Ivory. Start rapid-firing at an enemy while slowly walking toward it, and then cut the **** out of it when you get close enough for a fast kill. =D Or, knock an enemy into the air, juggle it with Ebony and Ivory for a few moments, and then blast...
