You hear the epicness and the bass alot better. The way it was intended but couldn't reach.

8-16 bit songs sounds fantastic. They were memorable and great. You can hear the melody in them. Most of the new songs in games are just... bland... But update them and you got something better than both. But Nobuo kept those fantastic melodies in FF all the way to FFX.
So music needs to be 8-16bit to actually count as nostalgia?
