I did not notice you were the creator of the thread, and I agree that you do have a valid verses thread. However, I wish more threads were structured in the same way as yours.
I just don't like them because they aren't detailed fights. People who post this probably just want arguing. Give it structure...

Yeah, but it's mostly about three people giving decent points...And the rest are just giving their opinion without backing it up with points.
I was actually just talking about Dante in general, not about him and the whole Cloud fight. I utterly despise threads like the verses ones, and people just drag it out with point after point and after point...
We saw it in two, which isn't canon. But nonetheless, the demonic energy flows within himself...And I guarantee that eventually he can release a DT form without needing a Devil Arm. We are talking after dmc 2 time, and it being canon based... Even if you disagree that this will happen, don't you think it would be nifty though?
And I know Rebellion is a Devil Arm, it is Dante's official DT.
I know DMC 2 is by another team, what do you take me for?
Did Capcom ever say DMC2 wasn't canon? Because if so, please show me... Dante can DT without a Devil Arm I reckon, he just needs to master his power a little more. -
