My pal had the game, which confirms that the guy who shoots Tony at the end is a bounty Hunter. His Bounty Hunter name is The Skull. AND, when I watched the credits it went from -Tony Montana: Al Pacino ... Down to The Skull: >insert actor's name< So that's how I knew about it.

I watched a part of it recently. Such an awesome film. The guy at the end who shoots him in the back with the shotgun is a bounty hunter called The Skull...
He was so high on drugs that he didn't care about the pain. But due to losing all that blood, no matter how much pain you can resist you'll still die of blood loss. Has to end the way it does.
