Broken_Heart was Ice_Princess_D.
Ice_Princess_D got banned from the forums for life when she made another account called Sweety. Having two accounts is against the rules, and she kept harassing the Staff members to get them to hear her out.
She was warned countless times before to stick to forum rules, but she broke them; hence the ban. Right after she got banned, she created a new account called Broken_Heart. Well, Wickse found out it was Ice_Princess_D for reasons I won't go into; and informed the Staff.
Therefore, she is banned. She was Ice_Princess_D, there's your answer.
