I bought the game on steam and I know that my laptop can run it, or at the very least I hope. Intel core i7 with 8GB RAM Nvidia Geforce 840M Why wont the damn game pass 30 FPS ? Can my laptop run it or not ? Please help its killing me

i would personally LOVE IT if another developer took DMC and started working on 5 while NT is still working on DmC 2.... kind of like MGR and MGS GZ.... could work :/
