now that's asking too much buddy, even the DmC game never had such a big overhaul mods --which i kept hoping for--, and there's where people that cared about DmC hangs out..

the lists you've made, i think it'll come one of these days, just hope we have modders of our "kind" there, lol, like that nice fella creating DmC dante's mod..
Nah, they already did this, a (maybe 2 actually) DmC Vergil skins, and a DmC Rebellion skin after all. And a DmC Bloody Palace skin.
Fine I'll do it.
If it were up to me, I'd mod DmC Dante (and DmC Vergil) into every Classic DMC game in the series just to see what would happen. 
Edit: Also, I'd try to get them into UMvC3 as well.
