How in the hell does Vergil style his hair so beautifully and perfectly with just rain water!? Teach me the ways to make perfect hair Vergil!

I know right! Such wonderful and stylish hair he has! We must figure out his secret!
I think Vergil's ultimate power is that he can instantly turn rain water into hair gel.
It's funny how even the side of his hair (which he doesn't seem to touch) is suddenly pointy too. It's something as ridiculous as Clark Kent not being recognized as Superman just because he doesn't have Superman's little forehead hair twirl thingy.
Seriously speaking, it's due to that time's technology. Now we have realistic looking hair physics, but you obviously couldn't do that on a PS2. What happens when Vergil slicks back his hair is basically a mesh swap: before the gesture, the combed down haircut mesh is on Vergil's head, and after he passes his hand on his head, the engine loads the spiked haircut mesh. It's all done without a gradual transition because technology limitations.
And the glasses.
It's just a tutorial on how to do it. The OP asked how, so I thought the vid would help in that regard.
He also creates just a full blown different persona as Clark though. Clark is clumsy, has terrible posture, etc. Kind of like how Bruce Wayne goes out of his way to make him look like an idiotic rich playboy who couldn't possibly be Batman.
Yamato grants him the ultimate edginess, which he converts into hair gel.
Come ooooon. Guys are identical. It's impossible so many people just buy the fact that they are two different people instead of realizing that all the clumsiness etc is a disguise.

You people are forgetting one important factor in all this and it's because Dante's, Vergil's, Nero's and Trish's hair remains in that manner due to the fact that their bodies have high concentration of electricity, and therefore their hair is statically charged. Put it this way...
When you apply static charge to hair it makes em stick up right? Well...when Vergil pushes his hair back he applies a little static charge in order for em to stay in that form, which is why when you look at the video you see that it doesn't loose it's shape.
Dante's works in a similar manner too but he controls his static charge and allows his hair to flow downwards and therefore never loses it's form...
But in Nero's case I guess we can say that he just has naturally straight hair and people are born with naturally straight hair, although Nero being part 1/4 Cambion means that he too has static charge flowing through his hair and gives off it's spiky end trails.
Same can be said for Trish too as she too has static charged hair and therefore her hair never looses it's figure as it flows when she fights, and waves around but always manages to return to it's natural silhouette.
Having said that their hair can move because even though they have static flowing through their hair, but when wind or movement comes into play it moves, flows from side to side, up and down.
Lady on the other hand well she just looks after it well.
