As of the Devil May Cry facebook page, they just posted this,

Get ready for January 15th next year as DmC Devil May Cry lands on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. DmC tells the story of a younger Dante caught between 2 worlds, facing hordes of enemies as well as his own demons. (PC release will come at a later date).​

All that talk of 2012 went down the hole real fast considering that they said it less than two months ago, which isn't that long in terms of game development. It hasn't been that long since they announced it for 2012 back at the CCapvt they should've known then if it was going to be an early 2013 release.
