They know how to make a great RPG, but combat system in both Witcher games was far from perfect. So I would say rather no. Even though they are my No.1 favorite developers.
But what's the point to learn all that when all the room to use it with Dante is just backtracking through approximately 8 missions? I know you can play them on different difficulties, but it just seems like a VERY wasted potential for such a combat system. Very little room for using it. At...
One if the reasons why I choosed Nero for comparison is, that he is actually the main character of DMC 4 since you start the game with him and play to the half, and you play the final mission with him as well.
Second reason was to point out that DMC 4 (which many DmC haters over the internet...
That's exactly the word I was looking for. It feels more comfortable.
And comfortable doesn't mean simplified as some people claim. DmC character feels more swift, for example simple running around, jumping and changing directions feels more reactive.
Sure Dante in DMC 4 has more moves in its...
After I've invested about 50 hours into the new DmC, I've started up DMC 4 after a long time and I was really surprised.
I thought that I'll jump right into the action but apparently I was wrong.
Everything just feels...clumsy or dated? I don't know. But it was harder to get into it. The...
Hard to say, I've heard that people are still discovering new things in the combat system. I can only say that I've seen some videos which were really impressive to look at.
1000 hours? It's surely nice to master the combat system, but it's sad that there is not enough room to make use of it. DMC 4 is such a short and linear game, and the whole second half is just a recycled first half of the game but with a different character :-/.
I like the variety of missions...
Yes sorry, english is not my native language. I mean evolution of the series.
I think players care about the games themselves, not about information such as which studio made which game from the series. Such information can't be an excuse and doesn't change anything about the fact that the...
I also don't understand from where this "emo" bullshit come from. I like Dante in all DMC games, but if people really want to bash DmC with this stupid statement, they should better look at previous DMC games.
I think he looks way more "emo" or "gay" in DMC 3 and 4 than in DmC.
Haha, sorry buddy xD
Completely agree. They can input characters, bosses, weapons and other stuff from previous DMC games. That would be interesting to see. I hope this game will have good legs and will manage to sell at least 2 millions combined on all 3 platforms. Bayonetta was also selling...
I've played all the games and loved them (except DMC 2) and I will probably miss the old Dante characters, but rather than have another DMC 5 I would like to get a sequel for DmC. I'm happy that a new developers come up with new approach which resulted for example in gorgeous and crazy level...
