Did lady know vergil's name. I guess lady saw vergil kills that demon at the top of the tower and lady suspecting that the guy with a blue coat is a demon. then when arkham said to lady that he is manipulated. Lady thinks that the guy with blue a coat that she saw at the top of the tower...

Before mission 3.Lady had used her telescope and she look at the top of the tower. Just guessing. :D
