and both MGR and DmC are great games, stop comparing the two once again because they play nothing alike.
It's a great thing that you love one more than the other, but it's not good to shove it in other peoples faces claiming that.
Reminds me, I might make a thread in Gaming discussion to let us discuss MGR and Ninja Gaiden since they are alike.

WOW. To the people that came in here to start an arguement... shut the **** up. I'm normally not one to get upset over stuff like this, but you guys are pathetic. You come into a thread where people are having a good time, and completely destroy it for other people. Posting those charts is pretty ****ing stupid. You comparing two games that play nothing alike, just to **** people off and start ****. Thats like comparing Dynasty Warriors to Ninja gaiden. Sure they are both hack n' slahsers, but the are two completely different games and share nothing but the genre they are in. You guys are pretty sad and its a wonder that any of you haven't been banned yet for derailing so many threads. Now, excuse me while I go play some DmC: Devil May Cry.

I find it funny people compare sales of DmC/DMC4 to MGRV…

When if you compare sales to that of all the Metal Gear games, they’ve sold around 33.65 Global, while all of the Devil May Cry’s have only sold around 13.43 Global. So if you’re going on it based by sales, Metal Gear crushes the Devil May Cry series like a grape.

Also I don’t think their fandom is filled with people who think their right to an opinion gives them douching rights too.

So here’s a big thumbs up to the Metal Gear Solid fandom, for welcoming Raiden’s spin-off game with open arms and not being complete asses about it in a way that involves pooping on the fanbase and ripping it to ribbons with an incredibly sharp sword.

Well done guys, for setting a good example the DMC fandom really needs to follow.
