It doesn't address me so I can't bring it up? There are a lot of people out there that are not whining about the hair, but actually have legit concerns about the game. They just aren't as loud. And you saying what fan reactions would be is based on if NT said those exact words which I doubt they would.
Way to misread my comment. That is in no way what i said. We ar ehere to exchange, not to prohibit eacht other from stating ones opinion.
If you are doing an interview then you are the voice of your company and how you act will effect how people see you. If you can't be professional and remain unbiased, or as you put "sophisticated" then you shouldn't be speaking to interviewers because you obviously don't know how to act maturely and rise above the blind hate.
First off: Gaming industry is a little more casual, than other business, but that's not really the point here.
I wouldn't read so much into those little details. It's like you want there to be insults hidden in the interview.
And as far as them collaborating with Capcom. They meet with Capcom a few days out of the year. They didn't say how or for how long. That doesn't sound like much of a collaboration to me.
Also they said, they are working very closely with Capcom as far as combat is concerned. They got the license from Capcom and there hasn't been one interview, were either Alex or Itsuno weren't on-screen.
Sounds like dedicated collaboration to me.
ReRave, I've said it a million times and I'm gonna say it again. Most of the people that are upset about DmC/NT are not blind haters I stopped reading here for a second: I know that. I wouldn't be here if I didn't, believe me. Would be nice of you, if you wouldn't lump me in with anyone either.
yet you seem to lump them all together into one group: as does NT. I absolutely don't, but there are so little of those people, that you can actually discuss this with. I KNOW that there are people that take this whole thing seriously, but for each one of them, there's hundreds of sheep just riding the hate-train. Another thing that you certainly know. You must see, that it is far harder to pick out the twenty opinions, that state some valid points, than just trying to calm down the fanboys.
That is exactly the kind of disrespect I'm talking about. Well, then on behalf of everyone who thinks that the raging hatemob is a bigger backset than the people who are just valid sceptics: We are terribly sorry, that NT doesn't mention your concern in their interview, because they are busy fending off death threats and developing a game that most of their customers already hate. How does no one see, that NT are only human ( and I want to emphasize this. Watch some making-ofs, you'll see what kind of guys work in vidya and how hard their work actually is) and being insulted a million times on a daily basis doesn't exactly help the communication with consumers, that don't want your product anyways(professionality can only get you so far).
If you (or anyone) can't see that then that's your own fault.
You didn't think that through, did you?
And you are right. Not everyone is as "sophisticated" with their criticism as me.
Though I prefer the words "mature" and "intelligent" but that's just me. But just because I know that doesn't mean I can't point something like that out. No one said you are not allowed to state your point. I don't even know how you started assuming, that that was what I wanted to do.
This goes back to me saying if you can't be professional and "sophisticated" you shouldn't be the face of your company.
I'm holding back. I am trying really hard not to be a smug asshole, but it's not easy.
