Why Was Conrad Banned?

Apparently because of having the same IP as another person but who is 2 say that it was not another person?
Like.... have you never heard of more than one person in a household?

Because it was Aka and he had been temporarily banned and chose to try and get around the ban by making a new account. Was obvious, we arent stupid and we have been doing this job long enough to know the difference. Thats all that needs to be said on the matter, he was then banned permanently for trying to dodge the ban same as anyone else will be who tries to flout the rules.

I mean Aka958 and then Conrads email address was Conrad589@hotmail.com, mixing around the same 3 numbers in a new email address to re-register and using the same IP... really.
