i think he has no parents tthat he was "created" by the order or he was a normal boy and the order altered him some how

But if he did have biological parents and was born the natural way, they are most likely dead (as in killed.) In a theory of mine (and I have read other people saying this.) that his parents were a part of the order, but maybe found out what their dark secret really was. To sum it up, what they were really up to and wanted no part of it. Because of that, they were killed or ran off unsuccessfully without baby Nero. With them gone, they could have made Nero what he is now. With these powers and the demonic arm.

That was my first belief, and after watching the trailer, I'm starting to go back to that.
