If they're all at peak of their power, I reckon Sparda would come out on top. Pure bred demon, one of the most powerful about, 2000 years of experience (you'll have picked up a thing or two). As much as I love Dante, him and Vergil, though powerful, just don't have such extreme fighting experience as him I feel.
