^ Yep, I am feeling remarkably ripped off, Egosoft can't seem to do a damn thing right without a mod team coming to the rescue, Reunion was a buggy, laggy and poorly developed mess, then a modder came along and addressed ALL the issues with combat, all clipping issues, all performance reducing issues like memory leaks etc.
Basically, one modder managed to do what an entire development team should have done during the beta testing stages, managing to perfect the game to a playable state.
Terran Conflict is no different, it runs like a three legged dog on even high end systems, it's a several year old game and it has the highest RAM requirements I've seen in quite some time and it uses the SAME ENGINE as the last game, Reunion, which was only made about a year before hand! That's just poor coding there, not major advances in the graphics engine.
Yeah, I'm thinking quite a bit really, I don't know why I keep buying these games, but when they're patched and modded up, they're brilliant.
