I would forgive the swastika,if he was wearing his normal clothes and the swastika was a "manji" or the "ban" character to empasize his craziness or his "comlete being".[Both are thesame thing but have different meanings depedning on use...that's japanese for you].

Damn,now more than ever I want a Gintama game : preferably two,one would be a Gintama simulator,where you use violence and a bit of domestic violence coupled with gags to fulfill missions/jobs and a "Mature" version where you play in a gory hack'n'slash style through the "rougher" parts of Gintama +Shinsengumi gameplay + Gin-san's past of slaying aliens + Shinsuke's gang gameplay.That would be heaven.

I as soon as i saw it i knew it was a Nazi uniform.
(Studying them for 5 years, these things become instantly regognizable.)
And obviously he's 'important' because he is in a black uniform... (i think)

Reading these last night, i dreamt of Vergil... and Nazi Vergil.
