Virility Factory Gameplay

Nice find! Will watch in a couple of minutes

EDIT: Just me or the guy/girl playing was actually avoiding hitting the enemy while on the Demon Dodge power up just so people wouldn't see how overpowered it is? Don't get me wrong, I think it may be a good sign, it may indicate that they're looking into it and willing to change it, maybe they don't have time to change it for the disc release, but they can tweak a lot of things with a few kb day one patch.

Dragon's Dogma added 2 new modes with less than 1 mb yesterday lol

Nice gameplay. Good to see some Kat and Dante interaction. L love how they sound so natural when in conversation.

Also, once again;

afaljdljajalj <3 That mission sure looks amazing and omg, new story tidbits! Gotta love the dialogue.
I really wonder if these Demon Shards will go flying at you during combat at some point. That'd be pretty awesome! <3

Can I just say that Dante is genuinely witty in this? It's almost jarring to see because of the exchange he has with Poison. Heh, must have been her BO.
Also, dang, Kat. You got a nice behind.
*raises hand* Ah, uhm, I have a question! What does "BO" mean? *sorry for being dumb D:*

Yeah I sorta noticed that too. In the second video, the person did a demon dodge, and started attacking with arbiter and rebellion. But he/she stopped in the middle of it only to shoot E&I and get hit. Then there was one part of the video (don't know which one) where he/she executed a demon dodge and stood there. (Don't know why)

I played the demo, and Demon Shards buzzsaw right into you if you don't shoot them dead.

Also, BO stands for "Body Odor".

Either they were just demonstrating how it looks and what it does afterwards or they wanted to see if you get an extra bonus for dodging twice in a row. Other than that... it's just odd. They already had SS going in so I don't really get it.

Yeah that's weird.

Oh well though. If they actually plan on making changes to Demon Dodging, then that's good I guess. (imo)

What do you call Demon dodge (the dodge with the "demon" button ?), How is it overpowered ? (just curious)

I didn't know the game had adventure parts, I'm actually thrilled. It got to be great.

I see it as being overpowered since you can use it to grant easy SSS ranks with other moves. As well as being easy to perform. It's quite silly.

I think it's just called "Demon Evade." It grants a power boost, that when used with a certain combination of circumstances, can get you some high Style.

Unlike Chaser, I'd say it's not incredibly easy to perform :p

Like you said before, I think it's just me. But I'm not sure.

Half of the time when I'm playing DmC, I'm normally able to Demon Dodge easily since the enemies always announce their attacks. Especially since they literally raise their weapon/shine a second before they are about to do it. It was different in the previous games since, when they actually announced their attacks, two different attack animations existed for each type of enemy (sometimes 3 or 4). So I guess I've gotten used to the AI's attack patterns.

I just don't think they should be forced like that. Sure, the first time you see one, you might think it's cool and it might also catch you off-guard. But if it keeps happening again and again, you'll eventually get tired of them. The same cannot be said for regular enemies since they reward you with actual combat, rather than just shooting at them.

And I know I'm being overcritical. It's what I do. lol
i agree and some of them are are placed in weird spots like the second one in the demo. kind ruin the scene

Yeah, but I find the enemies' broadcast to be somewhat an aside of Demon Evade's boost and getting high Style. Watching Gregaman play DMD mode in the stream, the enemies were a lot more aggressive. Together, they make things easier, but the process of Demon Evade exploits/techniques itself isn't nearly as easy.

Even though the enemies were more aggressive, they still didn't change anything in terms of announcing their attacks.

Also, the different enemies that were introduced (the blue-ish demons resembling the normal ones) were announcing their attacks in almost the same manner as the regular demons. The few things I could see that actually changed were how much damage you received and how much damage the enemies could take.
