Vergil Discussion

It seems that they are doing the smart thing and saying like new school? new dante. like old school? new vergil. Out of curisity lets assume this was on disk not dlc and available form teh get go what do you think they would bitch about instead?

Everyone already thinks it's on-disk even though it's confirmed that that's not the case.

But bitching about rumors sooooooo fun!
Remember the reloadable gun rumor? And the Tameem is Dante rumor? Those were a blast.

So, does this mean that their roles are reversed now?

DMC3: Dante = Fast But Effective & Vergil = Slow But Powerful

DmC: Dante = Slow (sometimes) But Resourceful & Vergil = Fast But Lethal?

Interesting. I honestly don't think Dante will win this time (in the story, anyway).

Remember how DMC3 Dante was defeated by Vergil? I think that will happen here during the last battle after lowering Vergil's health down to zero.

Then there's some sort of Limbo Portal (Deus Ex Machina that saves Dante at the last minute) that pulls Vergil into it.

I don't see Dante having as much skill as Vergil.

This is how I imagine (somewhat) how the final battle will take place.

So very very true... you know the ones on youtube are very childish as they downvoted a GT preview merely cause the guy liked it! So immature as they can't accept that it is fun!!
 
Just got to learn to ignore YouTube comments; DmC or otherwise YouTube comments are usually one of the worst examples of internet behavior. Whether DmC is the best game ever released or the worst game ever released there are a large group of people will always treat it like trash.

I actually have a plugin on my computer that automatically blocks all YouTube comments.. one of the best plugins I've ever used!

Vergil being a DLC character sucks ass in my opinion, he should've already been included in the game. I wouldn't be surprised if that's a disc-locked DLC.

Dark Slayer, the dlc isn't even finished and won't come out when the game does. It's just giving you a chance to get it for free. It's been confirmed by Capcom Unity.
Besides you get HIS OWN STORY MODE which is a big step up from DMC3.
 
It's sorta funny because Vergil's hair gives us insight into what Dante's hair would look if he didn't have his black mohawk.
