can you only get it by ordering or will it soon come to shops when it's out?

Id say its coming to shops as most the Special Editions do with only a couple of exceptions.

The Devil May Cry 4: Collector's Edition will cost $79.99 and will be on shelves starting February 5th, 2008
I've watched all the anime episodes (that have been released) in japanese with english subtitles and the anime is alright
It's kind of boring but there is some cool action
