I guess no problem. In contrast to that ghost thing, you could look up chains and horses in God of War 2. There is cutscene very like the cutscene in DmC Secret trailer. Now that scene seems like a rip off.

I would prefer she be a human, even if one with special abilities. We don't have enough cool humans in the series.

Her rack seems pretty normal to me and it is hardly exaggerated. In comparison to Trish or Lady, Kat is really toned down.
