Yes but you need a Graphics program capable of doing so.

I think Steven has the software for graphic sigs. I can't make them I don't have the software

You just need an image-editing program. I use Paint Shop Pro Photo XI, though it is a lot like Photoshop it isn't capable of animation.

And a graphic can be a wallpaper, sig, avatar or banner. Just say which one you want.

Well actually the thread is dead, and most of the artists do not visit us very often so it'll be a bit hard for your request to be granted. Anyway I'll lock the thread but I'm positive that if anyone who makes signatures sees this he will make it for you and give it to you via pm
