How much do you think the new DmC will sell on it's first week in the US?

The numbers below are just estimates and you are free to not believe them if you like. Source: VGC

DMC4 PS3 and X360: 374k week 1

DmC PS3 PO: 103,666(3 weeks left at time of update)
DmC X360 PO: 81,555(3 weeks left at time of update)

I'm guessing 200-300k for its first week. Do note that these are only US sales and pre-orders.

I was rather worried when I saw that DmC didn't have a spot in the pre-order charts and thought that it would bomb hard but it seems that they just didn't update it.

VGchartz aren't the most reliable site when it comes data. I wouldn't trust it completely.

That's the problem. There isn't any other site that does what VGchartz does.

No. Unless we hear pre-order numbers from the publisher/developer or retailers directly, then any outlet that claims to have numbers should be taken with a grain of salt.

DmC is also ranking quite high on Amazon in various catagories, but overall has not broken into the top 100 spot.

I don't trust them.

They said MGR would sell a lot but I highly doubt that.

So I'll think DmC won't sell THAT much because there's not as much huge coverage for it like there is for COD or GOW, or Halo.

Now you are just hearing what you want to hear, people have always said that VGchartz is not reliable.

Nope. I know people have always said VGCharts was unreliable but in terms of DmC, the haters were relying on this site just because it didn't have DmC on it. On most DmC forums that I've been to I've seen this. I never said it was reliable. All I said was that I find it funny how the haters always have to find something to bash on this game even when wrong.
