Resident Evil 5 Demo

I know the Resident Evil 5 playable demo is out. I heard its downloadable on Xbox Live, I think? But my question is: Is there a RE5 demo thats on disk? I dont have Xbox Live but I would like to play the demo. I saw a few Youtube vids of the demo and OH MY GOD it looks amazing.

EDIT: Scratch that, it's not under the Resident Evil 5 downloads list, so it's probably not out yet.

I havent actually heard of a playable demo yet but soon as its available it will be on live, all you need is an ethernet cable and to sign up to free Silver Membership.

It has yet to be released for the general public. Whhat you are seeing is them showing of the demo.
