It became quite apparent to me that Devil May Cry characters have gotten very repetitive. New characters are bearing striking similarities to characters that already exist. It isn't exactly a bad thing, but it isn't that much of a great thing.
I am one that wishes to see Vergil return... Perhaps having him return with a new look will refresh the series. I am tired of look-alike characters such as Nero.
I would love to see them make a new protagonist that doesn't have the same eye colour, the same taste in clothes or the same hair. I mean, is it really that bad if they made a character and didn't have him having silver hair? At the same length? I for one do not care for hair colour or size, but for what the character offers for the story and for the game play terms.
Have we become too dependent on the twin's looks and styles? That we need every new male protagonist to have the same attitude as them?
I feel it is time for a change... Have a new character that has darker hair... That has longer hair... That perhaps doesn't wear a trench coat. Call me insane, but that's just my opinion... What do you think?
