Well, I think Vendetta is found in Dante's first factory mission. It's in the little pedestal in that tiny generator room, right after the lava room. you get to it via that little ledge in the lava stream.
Then, the Merciless is found in the twisted world mission. It's in the coliseum, leaning on the ledge that the striking orb is.

yeah your right dread oh i can't remember where i found the shotgun?

You get the shotgun as part of the story. you can't miss it. After you fight Jokatgulm, when the door opens up for the motorcycle, you get it right there as soon as you touch the motorcycle.
