Not only are they fillers, but the movies just plain suck in my opinion. They had good action scenes here and there, but overall the movies were crap. Especially movie 3. At least it had a good animation style.

I'm good with just reading the manga and watching a Shippuuden episode every once and a while.

I'm not the biggest fan of anime, but I do like shows like Drgaonball and Yu-Yu Hakusho. I've never liked Nauruto, never really saw what was so "amazing" about it.

well season one isn't that great but after that to episode 135, is great then you skip all that and go straight to Naruto Shippuuden
