Seems Sony have just annoucced along with the $100 price drop that they will be offering a new download service on the PlayStation Store. This will be the ability to download movies and other entertainment on PS3 at last as Microsoft had already introduced a TV and movie download service in the States for Xbox 360. Via Video Marketplace, 360 owners can download standard and high-definition shows and films.
