Your opinion is, as always, yours and you are entitled to it, and you have a right to have it and express it, but as someone with a gay brother, a lesbian friend, and a few gay aqueintences I would appretiate it if you would leave your bigotry out of the conversation and ask you to find a less offensive way to express your dissaproval.

I watched a horrible video of African community beating up a homosexual man (majority participated by cheering or beating). They then lit him on fire and continued beating him with a pallet. And at end they put the pallet on the man as if they were making fire to "warm" themself up.
It was something i looked at and was disguested.
If homosexuality is bad, then it pales in comparison to the inhumanity that homophobes excibit...
I am just a human, and i have no right to judge other people's rights.

Err... why are you guys making such a big topic out of this? Tameem obviously just said that as a random idea he just had for like no reason. He did confirm that Dante is not gay and, at this point, there is no way he is going to be able to make him gay before the game comes out. The game is effectively done already, as far as story, levels, and characters go. The only things they can do right now is tweak a bit of the gameplay and stuff. If they were to make more cutscenes or something that would reference Dante being gay they would have to go back to the acting and motion capturing, and I bet that was done and over with a long time ago.Believe it or not, they do this first before making the levels, working on actual gameplay, or even completely constructing the characters themselves.
Now the club level. That is something I like to see. Apparently the floors change colors and depending on which color it is (blue or red) you have to use either the angel or the demon weapons or else you will take damage or something along those lines.

In my opinion, the fact that you do not want a gay character, the're taking too personally ... I think that only in a video game is not fair to put a gay or a lesbian, in general. Not because I'm homophobic, in fact I'm bisexual, but I realize that I am not a game you can enter it! And 'negative educational for me! I think so ...
Then again, it is true, the Ninja Theory has said that Dante is not gay. But if they decide to treat a second chapter, they could make it! So we are safe only in this their first chapter! But for others?!?

Back on topic. Were Dante gay, or any other character for that matter, in fiction it's pretty standard practice for them to let themselves known as been gay. William Dafoe in Boondock was not only a bit of a queen but the film made several points to tell the audience that he was. The new BatWoman was announced with a big 'Lesbian' sign on the press release of the information. So if the characters aren't obviously homosexuals then you will be told by the creators that they are homosexuals but like your standard person walking down the street most characters are straight by defult unless obviously otherwise or if they tell you...

Actually the topic is about the interview and Dante being gay was apart of that interview.
Which is stupid to talk about. What I got from the interview was a better understanding of the style system. The reason why the rank doesn't deplete as fast is because the enemies get harder. It let's you approach the situation in a more strategic way.

thank you! everyone is talking about a silly little comment about tameem making dante gay, which was a joke. i doubt he would make dante gay, despite it being a reboot. in fact ninja theory has done the complete opposite, i mean dante is VERY OBVIOUSLY HETERO, i mean just look at dante47's avatar or sig.
anyways, i really like the way the difficulty adjusts to the player. it really makes it feel like the enemies adapt to the situation, which i like alot.
