Nero's 5 revolution max act streak in final game(DMC 4 SE)

So, i encountered this weird glitch in bloody palace twice but couldn't recreate it or know reason behind it.

Have you guys encountered this in your gameplay?

no one really knows how it works
i think it just depends on how big a group of enemies (or in this case benches) is

I remember the discussion was in gameplay demos prior to anything official. But now, its in the official game.
