I have to say i really do like their newest album though.

I've also heard people say it's good, I gave it a listen. I wasn't very impressed. I just can't listen to Metallica without thinking of a ll the crap they've put thier old fans through.

Im one of those 'old' fans and lost a little faith after St Anger but their new album is great. Long tracks, great solos, good lyrics for the most part and it took me back. My friends who were also old fans agreed and thought the same too.
